Your right to withdraw
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or someone you name) receive the goods, without giving a reason.
How to start a return
Tell us within the 14 days by email or using the contact form in the site footer (info@poolfiltersplus.com, contact form), giving your order number. You may use the EU model withdrawal form in our terms of sale, but any clear statement is fine.
Condition of returned items
Please return items unused, complete, in their original packaging and with the invoice. Send them within 14 days of telling us. If an item has lost value because it was handled beyond what is needed to check it, we may deduct that loss of value from the refund.
Return costs
You pay the cost of sending the goods back.
Refund
We refund the price paid and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first. We refund to your original payment method, free of charge.

Faulty or wrong items
Your legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) is not affected. Contact us and we will put it right.
